    I actually thought they had caught me speeding, but it was just a random breath test....

    Yes you have to display somerhing back home. Only that when i took my driving test at 18 my dad wouldn't let me use them as new drivers tend to be bullied by others in traffic and also stopped more often by the police. So i did not use them when i was a new driver. That was more than 10 years ago

    he had on brand new boots ( they were sooo shiny and new! ) and shiny trousers and jacket..

    he was riding so slow around a corner I thought he was falling off becos he was hanging off the bike -

    then I realised thats how they do it on TV...

    The instant you are going to call someone dumb, be sure to check that you don't come off as even more dumb in the process. Basic errors in grammar tend do this (you're vs your).

    I am afraid my breakfast comment wooshed right over your head. No worries, it wasn't for you. I was just having a laugh and making a passive aggressive statement to point out the trivial nature of another's comment.
