driving lesson

hi im a pilipina working as an OFW for now,by next year i woukd like to go home for good and get settled,and my husband to be wanted me to learn how to drive.....i was thinking if its possible for me to learn here now and then when i got back in philippines,,van i use this lesson?im not really sure about this and how much it cost.....
I only have once a week off day and that is sunday....how does it goes this lesson...if this is possible for me to have it?

1st you need to apply for a Learners permit and pass the written test, once you have the Learners permit then you can hire a private driving instructor, they charge around 150Hk per hour but you only get 45mins, English speaking ones will cost more, you pay for 10 hours in advance and you book when you want to learn.
