Yeah with all the off topic posts I made and thread hijackings it seemed the right thing to do

    A new link: http://www.motionmotorcycle.com/rentals/

It seems motorcycle hire may be available in Hong Kong finally.

As for ZZR1400, which is what I ride, I agree that you certainly can't take advantage of the power on the roads of HK, but for arguments sake, you can't take advantage of a 600cc either. But, I get your point and most will.
Hahaha hey hey guess who this is LOL I would disagree with you, I take advantage of the power every day on the highway getting out of people's blind spots

I tried thrashing my Street Triple yesterday. The front flew up, I shat myself and let the throttle go, and now my balls are lodged somewhere in my abdomen.

But it was worth it! I don't think I'm ever going to redline this thing.

Still can't edit my posts, I think the mods have abandoned me.

Not we have not. The feature to edit the first post needs a fair amount of work. Needs a day or two worth of coding and a day or two work of testing.

We're in the middle of a large upgrade for one of our other sites and this is on the list of things to do in April when we start the GeoExpat change.

    Akael and Lootoo like this.

Did you just try to 4chan greentext?

Glad to hear it! If your coding boffins could also apply that to the second post that'd be great, as I'd like to keep links etc separate if possible and not make the first post too long. Either way, cheers

a 400 you can a bit. Even a 600 will be well passed the speed limits by 2nd gear on a solid thrashing.

mine does 80 in first ( shows 13500 rpm ) - so yes! thrashing it in 2nd gear could be expensive

I rode a tuono with a view to buying an that was deceptivly quick... wasnt breaking a sweat and for me i love that about my 600... rev its nuts off an its loud - screaminly loud

@akeal - you'll get used to that... on mine in first gear at 6000 rpm if I drop the throttle off an then put back on again *quickly* a very satisfyin wheelie may be had...
