Went for a little adventure yesterday! HK Island to Lau Fau Shan, up to Kong Nga Po road (couple of nice spots but a few massive potholes/speed bumps so be careful, I rammed my bike into one at one point don't think it was very happy), over to Robin's Nest (stunning! surprised they let you ride up there), down to Shatin Pass road (kowloon peak), down to Clearwater Bay (I see the appeal but defo needs to be at night) then back home. Arse was hurting but was a really nice route. Also experimented with taking the bike visor off, I think it looks better without, but I had to leave screws in the holes so looks a bit odd. I call this my gurillea shopping vehicle for Hong Kong; rush in before the crowds, park when others are lining up around the block for car parking, tackle through the crowded halls, buy what you need and get the hell out, fall back with suppressing fire to LZ for extraction.
