He's very good and charges fairly. You will have to make an appointment though, as he's always busy, probably around a week to 2 week wait.

If you only want your oil and filters, radiator coolant removed and replaced with fresh long life coolant, brake fluid flush / bleed, service interval light reset etc, Kwong Hing Motor Works in Hong Tsuen Road ( behind Centro Plaza ) Sai Kung, can perform that without any issues. Phone Patrick on 2791 4949 at a reasonable price.

If your service is a little more involved than just oil/filters etc, I'd tend to let Martin handle it.
