Stealing body parts?

No, I am not talking about the American D-bags in Thailand.

Is it common to have commonly broken or road rashed parts removed from a clean motorcycle parked in a garage or alley? I do have both my bikes covered but have noticed a couple of times that the cover was "adjusted" to display the foot pegs, shifter, rear brake lever, exhaust etc.

It does seem that amount of D-bags in the world is seriously getting out of hand

its not common but will happen off course, for D-Bags the best place to go shopping for free is on the streets especially in the alleys

Dang, I park in an alley(popular Honda commuter bike), but still would like to have it intact when I return.

Yeah I noticed my bike cover lifted up regularly. Quite an annoying amount of douche low lives around.
