Just want to ask a few questions about range and difficulties in parking given that it is over 2100mm wide.

I'm wondering the same thing. Will hopefully get a test drive arranged soon. They were displaying two models in Olympic City recently and I was very impressed (apart from lack of rear storage space).
Won't be long until it's like driving a grey 5 or E in this town...I see these Teslas everywhere now.
They were delivering 3 a day in HK up until just recently.
1,000s on the streets here already.
The new Renault Zoe looks interesting with its improved range of 240km per charge.
At first I thought that charging would be a problem but seeing more and more supercharging locations, it would just mean parking for an hour at a carpark with a supercharger, have a coffee or something then leave.
There are four more superchargers to be installed at OC1 carpark in June. There are 3 MSs in my residential carpark and none of them have charging facilities; so the carpark method may work.
why would charging be an issue on a Model S especially the P85 Signature performance and P85D models, which have a useable range of around 465km between charges.
My longest drive distance in HK is between my home and HKIA, so 135km round trip. Also if you happen to live in a standalone home that has 3 phase power hooked up to the home, you can have the Tesla Super charger installed which charges the car entirely in no time. would be a pain in the arse if you lived in a high rise apartment block though and how you would go about getting a charger installed in the management controlled car park down stairs. No issue for those of us who live in their own stand alone homes. A very large % of Tesla model S owners live in the Clear Water Bay / Sai Kung, funnily enough, ie home owners as opposed to apartment dwellers.
Also, a lot of shopping mall car parks have a couple of charging stations usually, just the bog stock basic variety, which, should you be caught out with not enough range to get home, you will have around 100km range added by the time you get back from shopping, which would be more than ample to get back home and hook up to your dedicated TESLA ( proprietary plug without needing the supplied adapter plug so it can be used on the bog stock standard charging units )home charging unit to fill her up full.
Basically there is no issue with range in HK, if you get caught out it would be no different to ignoring your fuel gauge when you are almost empty, getting home, but not having enough fuel to get to the nearest petrol station. ie you have a couple of litres of fuel left and the petrol station is 35 km away.....
Most HK Model S P85 signature performance ( inc the DUAL motor model) owners charge up once ( usually ) up to twice a week.

just wondering, as this is a zero emission car, is there no road tax for this car or does it fit in the entry level HK$4000 per year road tax?
@imparanoic also, they do have a special road tax rate for EVs. $440 / year. The First Registration Tax in Hong Kong is waived for electric vehicles, resulting in an upfront savings of at least HK$463,350 for a 60 kWh Model S and at least HK$673,570 for a Model S P85. We also anticipate that registration fees will be at least 25% lower for Model S than other vehicles in its class.
(a) not exceeding 1 tonne unladen weight; and 440

Thx
also how much is the servicing which I presume needs to be done twice or at least once a year?
I presume that these significant savings on FRT and Road tax applies to the all electric bmw i3 (list price at HK$390,000 inclusive FRT) and VW e-golf ( HK$360,000 inclusive FRT)
Volkswagen's electric Golf cheaper to ride than a Hong Kong tram | South China Morning Post
would the savings in petrol cost ( lets say 100km per HK$10 as air con is being used) and road tax plus the higher cost of all electric vehicale be significant over a period of 10 years for a Egolf ( at HK$360,000) compared to it's DSG 1.4 tsi variant at HK$210,000 ( road tax at HK$4k p.a , average petrol cost per month - weekend drive at HK$500 ) ?
