Don't forget about weight. Earlier cars with less power were also (usually) much smaller and lighter and thus didn't need the same level of HP that we have in today's cars.
First car or first car in hk ?
First car ( in Australia in the 80s) had a factory stock power output of 300hp, I actually had two at the time an E38 Chrysler Valiant R/T charger with a 265 hemi inline 6 with bathurst spec track pack triple webbers. And a pepper red 351 XA GT falcon with slightly more power, an extra gear and a 9 inch LSD highway diff.. Man these cars were fun
First car in Hong Kong was a very hairy chested, guards red, 1988 RUF Porsche (930) turbo convertable.
Present car is a 353hp JDM Chrysler 300C 5.7 litre Hemi V8.

I don't want that kind of HP with all of the cameras here. Too tempting to test out the car.
34hp? Might as well not having a car then tbh
Internet says my first car was rated at 120 hp although I can't image it being more than 100. Current car about 170 hp. First car could fit in the boot of the current car.
