    Free Food

You can eat free veg. food daily at Sikh Temple . If you go there in the evening, you can eat there. You can take some containers and they will fill it for you with vegetables, Dal & Rotis.

I live in hung hom, and not sure wether there are any markets close by. Any advice? Thanks!

Go to the wet markets in the evening. Some stalls will be closed but those open will have vegetables that no one else wanted to buy going cheap to get rid of them.

Hmm, ChrisYang. That seems so unlikely to eat all you can and drink all the beer you want for HK50. I would need to see that for myself. So, where in YauMaTei can i find Mr. Wong's dining emporium? I promise to write up a honest and unbiased report after the meal.

Isn't that Ocio two doors down? Is this the place next to the little alley where people are often sitting outside?

You got it. The Chinese name is "Hang Lok" or something. Lots of backpackers, students and travelers go there. It's not fine dining, but it sure is cheap!
