My domestic helper wants to know what brand of phone card that she can buy in order for her to make phone calls to Philippines. Cheapest one and good! Thanks.

You go to worldwide and get a Pccw card. 45 dollars per card and you get 15 mins call on a normal day.

PCCW ??? Truly NOT the card to get. Just one among many is ChatChat from Smile Telecom that gives you around 5 hrs for 50 bucks to a landline. PCCW is one of the most expensive but the shop at WWH has the best range so she can choose the best one.
