If someone "needs" to rent a pricey bag just to impress so-called friends at a wedding, that someone has the wrong friends. The sooner we get over this label obsession the better. I have, on occasion, been gobsmacked at the number of silly people willing to queue, in the rain, on Canton Road, just for the "privilege" of spending ridiculous amounts of dosh on products advertising brand names.
