    so if yo want to explore HK n your set up is short-term then it's $55 for a tourist day pass, 30-40 for food, 100-200 for accommodation( very tight ) /day. Say $250-300 in total/daily expense.
    But you really only need 5-10 days here..........

    btw, there are similar threads

    Hey, Wonton Meen has rooms that you can rent for a month at a time for $4000-$10,000 a month. Near Prince Edward. Generally a nice community of people.

    Try couch surfing for free accomodation. You may have to jump around from place to place but it should cut your accomodation costs dramatically. It also helps a lot if you're a gal ....
