ECCO shoes replace sole

I have a brand new but unworn pair of Ecco shoes which I left in a sealed bag. Apparently the lack of ventilation caused the sole to deteriorate into powder. Where can I get them resolved with a similar hard rubber sole?

PS they are faux dress shoe style.

If they are relatively new (presumably you have proof) Make a claim with the distributors/manufacturer
