    Canto cooking channel

A pandemic is an excellent time to practice cooking at home. I really like this Youtube channel which teaches Cantonese cooking. Besides that, they also teach some Canto words and also talk a bit about culture and history too. Check it out!

I really like the Chinese Cooking Demystified channel, and I found this comparison Mapo Tofu video super helpful because it kind of pointed out "this is what an ignorant person does [me], and this is what a Chinese cook does...".

Just watched that video. Insane how different the two versions are! Wonder where CIA got their recipe from in the first place.

I like this because it's all home style food with a typical humble, small kitchen. All in Cantonese, which I don't really understand any of, but if you are interested it's helpful to pick up names of ingredients or phrases, I guess.
