Meat STILL uncovered, unrefrigerated and exposed to everything. Have the people of HK learned nothing since COVID?

Well, that meat is only out for a short time. It's healthier to eat that than to eat only frozen meat as is the law in Canada.
In Canada, you can't even buy fresh meat. Not even if you are a farmer. If you are a farmer, you have to sneak around if you are doing your own slaughtering.....consequently, a lot of nutrients and biome is lost.

Can you quote which law? I have seen stuff about not serving rare or medium rare food or steak tartare which is crazy enough.

So I just chatted with someone in Canada (NS) who can happily and legally buy fresh meat.
