My boat shoes are becoming old enough to need shoelaces replacement.

Timberland has them but not in the classic bi-color brown. Also don’t install them which is not helpful since a special kind of long needle is required. Or so I have found. Suggestions? Thanks.

Bonus question: anyone in Hong Kong replacing crepe / natural rubber soles?
