I was offered a cheaper rent if I do some renovations on my own costs. Can anyone give me a quicj feedback how much a basic bath room renovation would cost? Small standard size room. Let's say new tiles for floor and wall, new sink, new WC and a shower facility.

I did a similar exercise with my current apartment where I renovated the kitchen on my own cost for a cheaper rent and it paid back very well.

Also, can anyone recommend good contractors that do a decent job?
