Who can fix my intercom?

Hi guys, I've just moved to a new place and figured out the intercom isn't working. It's a walk-up and it's a bit of a pain when people come to visit :P

Do you know any handymen who can fix/replace intercoms? Preferably ones who speak some English It would be amazing if they could also connect my washing machine

your management office should be able to do this as they would have an authorized contractor. If anything needs replacing, remember to inform your landlord of it as you are not liable for this...

I tried with my realtor but they only gave me one very unreliable contact (guy stood me up three times now). I need to find someone myself and bill my landlady.

betaloc, is there an electrical/plumbing hole-in-the-wall in your neighbourhood? What about asking a neighbour if they know anyone?
