    Renovating a small office space

Hi folks. I am looking to renovate a bare shell office space into a small health clinic. The true size of the space is 225 square feet (rectangular shape). I would probably need a false ceiling, flooring, lighting and a front desk area and probably one wall to separate front desk and sitting area from back treatment room. I was wondering what a ballpark figure would be? I know a lot depends on the type of finishings etc. But would anyone give me a range from low to mid end finishings? I wouldn't need a washroom or plumbing. Maybe a total of 5 electrical sockets and 2 air conditioners. I'm an expat and just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting slapped around with pricing.
    Thanks so much

Is it a licensed health clinic (Doctor/Dentist and the like)? If yes, you should check with your accreditation board first. I've heard that you have to pass inspection before you can accept patients for many of them......

Thanks Howard. Yes I've checked and know the regulations and restrictions. We are good on that front. Now it's just a matter of trying to crunch the numbers with initial startup costs and overhead.
