    Broadway washing machine needs repairing

    Hi,
Back in July our landlord bought a new washing machine for us at Broadway. Now something has gone wrong with it's draining. It made banging sounds during a cycle and then stopped working. It goes on cycles until about 10-20 minutes before the end, then stops draining and quits.
So, I can't find an English website for Broadway, who delivered and installed it. There is a customer service line for Haier (the washing machine brand) and it's covered under a 1 year warranty.
Should I call the Haier line about it first? I suspect I'm going to hit some nasty language barriers. :/

If it was bought by the landlord and is on the inventory then I would be contacting him - it's his responsibility.

    You should contact the manufacturer..Haier...
Of course, as you are renting a flat, call the owner.
