Question Neighbour's renovations removing tiles from our balcony?

So our neighbours began their balcony renovations today. Whilst we don't mind the bamboo to help prop up the construction, we were a little concerned when they started drilling off the tiles on the side of our own balcony!

At present, they've stopped - but now a quarter of the tiles of our own balcony (on the side) have been completely removed. Can anyone advise as to whether this is legal / allowed?

Do you own (you have to do something) or rent (your landlord has to do something)?

We own the flat So, I suppose that means it shouldn't be happening and a trip to the management is in store?

    Thanks for the quick response!

They have damaged your property. Restitution or damages. Do you know your neighbour?

Take pictures and contact the owners of the next door property and ask them what they will do about the damage, inform management of the complex if you have any.

Not sure why they would have to drill of tiles from your side of the balcony, doesnt make sense. hmmmm ???

I found workers from my neighbour's rooftop using my garden furniture as worktops for their power tools. They'll do anything they want unless you challenge them.
