replace whole faucet?

We have KLUDI spout and shower system. About 12 years old.
Recently, the diverter is broken, the small knob you pull to have water go to shower head.
The knob pull right off.

Plumber said he will replace the whole faucet which is expensive. For Chinese faucet, the diverter is a standard item you can replace separately. but KLUDI, I am not sure.

Any idea what can be done besides replace the whole thing?

Have you tried finding the Kludi agent in HK and asking about spares?

Turn the water off, take the faucet off. Drive to your nearest large plumbing shop and see if they have a diverter that will fit.
