    Gated villa and village house.

One is gated with 24 hour security staff, CCTV and a manned street side boom gate, village houses don't.

The gated variety usually have pools and some kind of small function room by the pool, gas BBQ area showers and toilets /change rooms also.

There needs to be a qualifier before the word house in Hong Kong.
