Asiaxpat has some nice rosewood now and then. They keep re-listing so thinking it might be overpriced.

I also know a well-known furniture shop call "CAZ interiors", they do tailor made furniture and customer can choose the wood type, the style and the size of the furniture

I was going to offer the furniture manufacturer in Yuen Long that specialises in solid Rose Wood timber & joinery. But he's since closed his shop, maybe due to old age as he was getting on about 6 years ago when I got our last cabinet made. He made two custom solid rose wood AV cabinets for me.

I designed and engineered my own cabinet which is made up of two mirrored 1.5 meter halves ( its a long full room width AV cabinet ) structurally locked together by an internal 16 x 9 2.4 meter wide scissor lift roll up projection screen cartridge, when its in place, hidden under piano hinged lids that when all closed up looks like part of the bench top... I used an Asian / European fusion design for the drawers, ( inspired by Chinese herbal medicine shops ) and open coped freeze work doors which open and slide back into the cabinet access a number of AV components that I store inside of the cabinet for excellent ventilation.

To give some perspective, a piece as elaborate as this would have cost about $10,000AUS ( $60,000HKD) to make back home, but in Hong Kong it was $12,000HKD. ( $2000AUS) I love this piece, even if I did happen to design and engineer it myself having given the shop my detailed hand drafted, technical drawing. They did an awesome job, and produced what I had drawn faithfully to the mm.

Have you thought about getting a piece made, purpose built for your application ? Zhuhai might be worth a visit, as there are a number of timber furniture shops there that will make to order, and they are priced as such that it will more than be worth the trip, including shipping than what you would usually expect to pay in HK.

You also might get lucky on Asia xpat, you often see $8000 - $10,000 AV low boy AV cabinets selling for $2000hkd or less from time to time.(used)
