Custom Wood Shop

Hi All,
I have recently moved to a place with a balcony and am looking for some outdoor furniture. While I was initially thinking of a bar table, I am now looking for a custom furnished piece of wood I can attach straight to the balcony railing to make best use of the little space we have.
Does anyone have some recommendations where to go for something like that?

Does anyone know where to order a wooden (or similar..) build-in desk?
The one from Ikea does not really fit the window bay...
We also need a small, simple kitchen table.
