Queen size bed - advice on where to buy reasonable priced beds in HK

    Hi there!

We've been in HK for a few weeks and have bought a mattress of size 152 x 198. Looking for a place to buy bed frame that is reasonably priced.

We have been to IKEA, but their models only fit mattress 150 x 200, except the Mandal version. Also visited Indigo, Home Essentials, MUJI, but prices are very high for what we looking. Visited Pricerite, but didn't like the models there.

Any suggestions on where we can find a bed frame or just a base for less than 3/4K?

    Thanks,
    Liebe

Google Shambala. They've got a closing down sale. Not sure if it is still on.

    Jade rattan?

Have you been to Horizon Plaza in Ap Lei Chau. The big stores are closing down and are on sale. Tequila Kola and Shambala

Trip to one of the furniture manufacturers in Zhuhai for custom made?

The large furniture stores are moving out? Is that of their choice or the building management's?

Don't think its by choice. Have heard they want a few more clothing stores in the building. But then have also heard there's another furniture store replacing Shambala . Guess we'll have to wait and see.
