When I was visiting HK last month, I bought a couple of those oil paintings they sell to tourists at Stanley Market. I bought them as a canvas as I wasn't sure I had room in my luggage for the frames.

Then I checked the price of canvas stretcher frames back in Australia and I'm wishing I'd got them on frames... as I recall, it was only about HK$90 extra to get one stretched which seems like a bargain in retrospect.

I'm in HK again next month. If I take the canvas back to the same shop in Stanley Market, will they stretch it on a frame for me? Is it the sort of thing they can do while you wait?
