Handyman to install a new wall socket

Hi guys! I just moved to a new apartment, and seems my kitchen doesn't have a socket where the oven/microwave should go. I'd like to hire a cifu to use a socket on a different corner and wire it to extend onto the desired wall.

Any idea who could do such thing? In Sheung Wan.

...sure...except when the wire can go either through the sink or the gas stoves. Neither option looks too attractive to be honest.
