I’m looking for a handyman for a small job. My electric hot water heater hasn’t worked since my building did electric work and shut down the power for a few minutes. I’ve tried turning off and on the switch in the circuit board.

Maybe there's a fuse on your hot water heater? Have you investigated that?

Yup, I figured it out. The water heater is in the ceiling. So I found a ladder and the right board to pop open, and now everything is resolved.

Do you also use Karl for smaller handyman jobs or only for bigger jobs like what you had done for 30K? I remember contacting him back in 2021 to ask about making and installing a mirror cabinet in the bathroom and he said the job was too small.=(

Also, how much notice did Karl need before he was able to do the 30K work for you? 5 days turnaround is amazing.
