    on a side-note, i do think the wumao are generally learning and getting better in their arguments. not good, but better than before. i mean how else can you explain that cho-man was able to carry that conversation for like 6 pages...?

    You had nothing but water for 10 days with no impact? Were you rather plump to start with?

    it doesn't matter what you start with. of course you lose some weight, that's a given but what typically happens is that you get a bit dizzy/weak after day 2 to day 4 because all the toxins flush out of your body, and thereafter your energy level increases. i never went beyond 10 days (because it didn't seem necessary) but i think it takes a fair few days longer before your body becomes seriously weak due to malnourishment. of course that also assumes that you are not exactly running marathons while doing the detox
