Apparently Maritime Square is basically empty and masks are selling out fast.
Signs of panic? Over-reaction? Or just common sense?
The suspected case in Central is now being reported in Apple daily.

I was at Quality Healthcare in Prince's Building this afternoon (apparently where one of these suspected cases visited on Monday) and you can't even get to the reception counter without having your temperature recorded. Then you pass the slip of paper to the receptionist before you are allowed to request a doctor's consultation.
Aaaah now, I understand why there was a guy outside the main door, with a videocam trained on the nurse doing the temperature checks!
Wonder if, when a high temperature is recorded, a claxon sounds, barriers come down, and people in hazmat suits appear!

I don't think it was the red tape. It is obviously the steel gate, since there is a huge difference in safe clothing requirements between those on one side of the gate and those on the other side.
Note also inside the clinic that a kiosk counter is an effective barrier.
