    I think the CCTV wasn't following him.

    He just walked around and got caught on several cameras.

    That is strange, it seems they were focusing on him before he left his bag. Have to say I would never have identified him as Arabic.

    Should be fixed cctv cameras pointed in different directions, the guy comes into view in different cameras so they werent just focusing on him i reckon. Doesnt look middle eastern too me either.

    You are right, i just noticed it's mobile phone footage focusing on him after he's identified as a suspect.

    Horrible what happened. I remember walking by the shrine too. I bought stuff there!! As I'm sure we all did at one point or another.
