    Separation of power on city, not state level seems very interesting. Also it is subject to the interpretation of the mainland government.

    The LegCo Chairman chairman has not allowed the localist politician to retake their oaths.

    The Executive branch seem very confident they will win the judicial review.

    I heard we will have the result of the judicial review in early November. Not sure why it is so quick when the judicial review on barring candidates from standing for election, which was filed before, is expected to take a year or more.

    I am assuming the government will ask the NPCSC for an interpretation of the Basic Law if they lose the judicial review. Presumably that is why they are so confident, otherwise it is just a mess with some people being allowed to re-take and others not.
