    Or it could be one of the chains with "Jolly" in their name which rip off a certain phonics system, or ... or ... or ...
    As the raids were the result of a complaint, my suspicion is either there was a competitor or a disaffected staff member who dobbed them in.

    It has been known that employees from competing centres will pose as adult students or parents and then complain bitterly about just about everything. So that's a real possibility.

    The best solution is to either produce your own material or sell the books to your students. Anything else is dodgy. One thing that worries me slightly is that the guidelines seem to be saying you can't purchase books from abroad for resale here.
