    Ditto, or something very close to it. To me, Everest represents almost everything that mountaineering should not be about- including the ridiculous media circus around it.

    Some of the comments on that article (like all the others) are pathetic. Absolutely f***ing pathetic. What kind of world do we live in where nobody is allowed to achieve something extraordinary without a bunch of armchair critics deciding they need to jump in. I hope she does not read any of this stuff. I hope she inspires many more generations of students to reach their dreams, whatever they are.
