    That's nearly double the current stock. And that many more people on the MTR and roads. Not possible, HK is full...

    I don't think the point of the study was to suggest building 2.8m flats. More to mock the governments struggles and failings to constantly fail societies needs in terms of land supply.

    Instead of 3m ceilings why not make flats with 1.5m ceilings. 3m is the new duplex! Poor capitalisation on the part of hk developers.

    yeah, in Singapore developers can provide units less than 500 sqft, setting some basic living space regulations would be a start
