Looks like policyaddress.gov.hk has also not been primed for the speech.

    RTHK is covering it.

It would be better to raise the minimum wage more aggressively so more money goes to workers and less to business rent.
When I lived in the UK my annual rail season ticket cost £6200 (i.e. HK$62000) for a 36 minute journey into/out of London.

Travelling a single stop on the London Underground in Zone 1 costs £2.40 / HK$24...

I am loving the cheap public transport costs over here!

The UK is odd. It runs long distance style trains in commuter zone. Everyone sitting or grumbling they are not sitting whilst paying huge fees and grumbling about huge fees but having a cheaper mortgage. HK trains will carry 2500-3000 people in London 500-800.

Hopefully they reserve some space for Immigration and Inland Revenue 'clients' in the new redevelopment plans.

    Hidden in the PDFs...

Resolve as soon as possible those constitutional and legal issues
pertinent to amending the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance to
extend the scope of Sections 3 and 8 to cover the Chief Executive.

    And Waze / Google maps...

But I've seen a fair few references to same old new technology type initiatives - e-commerce, usual cyberport 20K sq feet, new innovation bureau.
