    You'd have thought by now anyone considering high office would have learnt the lesson - remove illegal structures before your start date!

    Oh, wait, keeping your nice illegal structure and just explaining you didn't understand the law/structures/construction is cheaper and easier....

    I guess the sad part is no one expects a Beijing appointed administrator to be brought to justice.
    It'll be swept under the carpet.

    After Article 23 reporting such stories will probably be unpatriotic
