Does anyone know whats up with these guys lately? Sales staff are not answering texts and sending out some generic template.

From what I can decipher using google translate - the owners of Goji are behind on their rental payments and their landlord is suing them for 2.xM HKD.

Quite often, esp in HK, sort of news spooks people and they will not sign up for new memberships, and leads to more cash flow issues....

This business model keeps on going and I'm guessing it's legal?

Get all the cash up front. Pay the senior staff and owners then suddenly no money and the landlord and employees don't get paid. Then the customers get scammed.
