    Mobile numbers with new prefixes to be launched soon

    About 10.6 million new numbers with prefixes 4, 7 and 8 will be made available for the provision of mobile services in Hong Kong.

    Wasn't the 8 prefix already assigned to IP telephones like Skype? 8888-8888 might already be in use.
