    I think you missed my point. I was agreeing with your sentiment.

    What I was trying to say is HK came up with one cool innovative thing 20 years ago, and that's it. It hasn't moved on since then.

    Totally agree! It doesn’t make any sense. To have it sit empty rather than just lower the rent or not raise the rent for someone that possibly has been a long time good tenant! I wouldn’t want them to leave. Hard enough to find drcent tenants/renters! I hope they sit empty for a long time. Let them learn the hard way. Through their wallets/bank accounts! From the lack of money coming in!
