Sat 03/08 - Cross Harbour Tunnel Closures

"A 3km section of Nathan Road has been free of traffic, causing concern that jams could be building up at the Cross Harbour Tunnel, linking Causeway Bay and Hung Hom."

Surely it is the executive branch of government sat on their hands for 24 years and not adjusting tolls is the reason for traffic jams at the CHT?

    Cross Harbour Tunnel closed.

Take Western or Eastern tunnels if needed.

Hong Kongers taking our city's problems into their own hands and creating solutions! This time: air pollution! That's gotta be the first time since the opening of the tunnel that this footbridge had clean(ish) air! I see they are pedestrianizing other areas of Kowloon -- again, a problem our government couldn't solve.
