The lady who Tom Grundy spoke to at Prince Edward station who said that someone she knew was killed there has been MIA since that day. Grundy didn’t keep her contact as he didn’t understand what she was saying.
I wouldn’t draw any conclusions but it would be good to try to find her.

This is pretty provocative in the absence of specific leaks, and while I myself have never been perfectly convinced by the totality of their evasions, while I could imagine one accidental casualty they might have somehow buried as a missing person which was suggested by some footage, three seemed a bit many, especially for any cover up. Then again, not having witnessed the Prince Edward operation firsthand, who knows?
The important thing is until the police start allowing medics and media access to their operations, there will always be doubt in these times of low trust in particular institutions of government.
