Then, the author might as well write an article slamming the young Malala Yousufzai who, at 17, became the youngest recipient of Nobel peace price. Surely, at 17, you know nothing - you know nothing of geopolitics, you know nothing of the existence of Nobel Prize itself, heck, you do not even know why you're being awarded that prestigious prize when you're just a 17 years old young and clueless kid who should be sticking her nose to her school notebook and playing around some with Pakistani version of Hello Kitty, instead of making global stage appearance delivering speeches on woman's education to a bunch of all grown ups. How ridiculous!! Alfred Nobel must be turning on his grave.

Yeah, that's what it should be according to honorable Michael Petraeus' hypothesis who is the author of the article published above that contains nothing other than an un-constructive, biased, uneducated criticism of a young leader -Joshua Wong - whose actions are all wrong and misled simply because he happens to be young. Hahahahaha. I've had a good laugh. Thank you. Never knew it was so very wrong to be a leader at 20+ age. From now, I will start kowtowing to elders, never question anyone, and always keep in mind that I've another 15 to 20 years before I become a full fledged member of this society where the likes of this author exist and I will have to painfully bear with that.

This article is so bad one almost wonders whether it is really written by THE Michael Petraeus

    It takes two to tango.

I don't support the violence and the vandalism, but anyone with eyes can see it's the decisions and reactions of the Government and police here in HK which has caused it. This movement was entirely peaceful until the Government declared a peaceful rally to be a riot and it all escalated from there.

    Believe
accept that (something) is true, especially without proof.

I thought it was very educational. Not the article itself but that M! believed it and agreed with it. If this is the level of their reading then no wonder their views are so out of touch with reality.

From the author's web page. Obviously he wants to be a 'social influencer' and is probably paid, for this article at least, under the table by some CCP hidden entity to promote the 'brand strategy' of the payer. IMO, he's only a blabber.
