Very tragic case. Also does not bode well for the wishes of pro-stability types, especially if the allegations that police obstructed the ambulance arriving are true.

I think most juries would nullify all but the most extreme charges brought by the police at this point.

Interestingly the police are fighting the release of the name of the Judge that granted the warrant for police to look at medical records. I wonder why?
