    Well I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt and being only afraid of them when they has the angry riot look on. Then I saw that traffic cop grab the unarmed boy crossing the road who probably made the same mistake and shoot somebody else.

    Yes, to some extent they carry out their normal policing duties properly, but they have allocated less manpower to that, and I can’t trust them not to practice selective and disproportionate enforcement now.

    It was clearly a publicity stunt. Using the PLA to clean-up some bricks is good PR for them.
