"will be" sounds too soft here. "Has been" or even "Should have been long ago and now is". But, thank you, finally. Long awaited assessment of reality on their part

Sorry if off topic, I wonder if the Lion King Musical in Dec/Jan will be okay. Oddly enough, they just started selling tickets to the additional shows on Wednesday.

Doubt it will happen at this rate unless there is some sort of act of God.

Agree. They have cancelled some other similar productions earlier in the fall. Somehow, they are fitting in occasional symphony/opera performances, scheduled carefully into time slots less probable for protests. Sad reality

Local pop concert "Hins Cheung X HKCO Concert" happening the same weekend at the HK Coliseum is also cancelled. Next bet is the Jay Chou's concert at Disneyland carpark in December.

never thought that expats took Clockenflap that seriously given how obscure and outdated a lot of acts are / were. Now if the Rugby Sevens were disrupted then we'd have a proper riot on hand.

Not my kinda music at all... But it shows you how lacking the festival and music scene is in HK. Son is now saving up for fuji rock.
