All district councils except the Island District now under pro democracy camp control. Excellent news.

The pro democracy candidate in Prince Edward who pledged to reopen a convenience store (on top of the five demands) has thankfully won

Results still pending for my constituency.

Am hoping in 4 years time we’ll be re-electing these people because they did a good job at a local level. Am looking forward to the pedestrianisation of DVRC and more express bus routes to the NT

So far it looks like almost 9:1. Astounding.

And even in the close losses for some Pan-Dems, it looks like the split-vote strategy (plus some voter gifts and other tricks) may have saved them from even worse defeat.

Look at these races (if the data on here are accurate):

Let's see if she falls on her sword after the party loss and takes one for the team. Or turns on Carrie... Interesting day ahead.

Well I happen to be in an Islands District and I'm quite unhappy this morning. We needed to clean up some shit and we weren't able to. Makes me want to leave even more, though I can't help this community if I'm not here.

Glad everyone else is cheerful this morning...

All seats on Wong Tai Sin DC are now yellow, apart from the 1 pro Beijing seat according to Now News. Must be a lonely seat to have now

Edit: Never mind I found it. 57% to 41%. Not quite the one sided affair that the first-past-the-post results would indicate.
I'm under the impression that most major voting events are usually won by much slimmer margins. Brexit was 52/48, the recent Australian election was 50.3/49.7, the last US presidential elections were 46/48 (with 46 winning due to gerrymandering).

    In comparison, 57/41 is huge.

8/18 according to Now News is a big achievement already. Ex officio members from the pro Beijing camp make it hard to win. Very good results considering 4 years ago it was difficult to win 2 seats!

Lamma I presume. By how much did Caan lose?

One of the bigger surprises this morning: Stanley & Shek O constituency to the pro democracy camp!
