Lunatic with mental problems. They are a dime a dozen in HK.
Or could just be a thug, they are also common in HK. I normally don't advocate for violence as a solution to problems, but worthless people like this deserve a good beating to rein in their anti-social behaviour. If they behave like an animal, they will be treated like animal. Meet violence with violence.

Common behaviour on commute : what is always a surprise is why someone doesn't throw out a quick jab to the mouth : maybe they will learn good manners and shut it : anyways it's not worth the hassle just got to walk away : these types have nothing to lose so getting in a scrap with them only you will come out at a loss
Flew back from Shanghai over the weekend with a fever (nothing pneumonia related), and was surprised how nobody even checked me when arriving at HK airport. If that is the level of vigilance it doesn't bode well imho.

Something does not add up, we went from the mainland reassuring us that there was little human-to-human transmission and no medical personnel infected to suddenly admitting having super spreaders infecting a number of medical personnel. I suspect the mainland authorities concluded they cannot hide the infection any longer and as to just admit it. But why did they feel the need to cover this up in the first place?
