Let’s see if the government can learn lessons from past failures!Original Post Deleted
Can't they just Lucky Draw from randomized selections of HK ID (leave out the foreign ID's and tourists) and just mail us the prizes?
A nice, unexpected surprise in the mail brings a smile to my face.
The "fun" of website "502 bad gateway" or "404 not found" messages for hours and hours is just a bummer.
Except if some university student hacked into the Lucky Draw website and posted a "777 bad government" error page instead.
That would make my day. Leave it up like a yule log.
Could somebody re-post the locations of the yellow NY's fairs? Can't find where they were previously posted...

https://news.rthk.hk/rthk/en/compone...0-20200123.htmCheung also said several major upcoming events – including Cathay Pacific’s International Chinese New Year Carnival, and the Lunar New Year Football Cup – will be cancelled as a health precaution.
The carnival was to have been held at West Kowloon from Saturday to Tuesday, while the Lunar New Year Cup was due to be played at the Mong Kok Stadium on Sunday.
It appeared to be a last-minute decision as the Hong Kong Football Association had said just hours before that the event would be going ahead as scheduled.
The way that Rowse and others were scapegoated for Harbourfest was quite appalling really.
